Production Facilities
EA has integrated facilities for processing of CRGO core, slitting, cutting and annealing, conductor manufacturing (drawing, annealing and paper covering), transformer oil processing, tank fabrication, core assembly, winding, assembling and tanking. This makes for stronger control on what goes inside the transformer and reduces dependence on external sources and helps the company meet rigid delivery timelines.
Quality Policy
A fool-proof Quality Assurance programme is integrated into the EA operational system through different stages of design and manufacturing. It allows the Company to customize transformers as per individual customers’ specifications while ensuring that standardized structural members and components are used. EA designs and manufactures transformers to exacting national and international standards and consultant’s specifications.
Raw materials are subjected to strict, rigorous inspection and components are checked at every stage of manufacture. Every transformer is subjected to rigorous in-house tests, as laid down by Indian and International Standards. Testimonial to our emphasis on quality is the fact that all our production units are ISO-9001 certified.
Distribution/Power Transformers
We manufacture a range of Distribution Transformers suitable for use in utilities and industries. Distribution/Power Transformers ranging between 10 KVA to 5 MVA range with 11/33 KV class along with various options and features that are custom-made as per requirement.
We also provide customized solutions for various industries such as Sugar, Steel, Textiles, Real Estate and Pharmaceuticals as well as Electricity Boards. We are proud to inform you that we have designed, manufactured and supplied transformers with special features for Wind and Solar Projects too.
